Flooding in Pakistan could explain evolution?

Firstly, why choose to blog this? I like to see what the world brings to me rather than what I instinctively seek to take from the world. After all, being a designer is about understanding the world and applying solutions based on this understanding. Thankfully I seek to understand the world. I find that too many design professionals and students seek solutions based on personal problems or unfulfilled pleasures. This only enables one the ability to succeed in creating perfection for oneself. This is the reason I use a website and App called 'stumbleupon'. This facility enables me to stumble upon (believe it or not) random discoveries, completely out of my control

This image presents the flash floods in Pakistan. The reason the tree seems odd is because SPIDERS have spun endless webs around the tree, creating a giant cocoon. The spiders naturally resorted to high grounds as the flood occurred. Here is a question.... If for many years these spiders were still surrounded by water, then would they extremely adapt? Would they feast on the vegetation of the tree's, whilst the trees' reproduce vegetation at an extreme rate due to the high levels of solar energy and water? Would the spiders then become bigger and therefore have larger surface areas or feet where they could skate/walk on water? The possibilities are endless, and therefore I believe that all things bright and beautiful, all creatures great and small are as perfect as each in terms of physicality. This is because 'within reason' we have all adapted or evolved into our environments. Eskimos generally store a lot of fat, keeping them warm for the antarctic conditions, whilst kenyans' are generally very tall enabling them to run long distances due to the vastness of their country and the lack of nearby facilities. The Kangaroo's ancestors lived in trees. Today there are eight different kinds of tree kangaroos.

Here are my questions to you.... how extreme could a human adapt? What sort of extents could the human adapt or evolve into? Would we even be classed as a human after years of evolution/adaption.

The reason I use the words evolve and adapt together are that I respect many people do not believe in the theory of evolution, so if this is your case, consider it adaption.
