Rinspeed Dock–Go Concept

The Rinspeed Dok-Go concept is set to debut at next month's motor show in Geneva. This concept challenges a vehicle in terms of packaging, material and functionality. Firstly, the vehicle is packaged for great storage with the pick-up style rear end. I am not overly convinced by the form language however. I think that the concept can be easily split into two; a smart car and a pick-up. The integration of the two are good, however should seem less individual and more of a unit.

The interior boasts a large, interactive 'infotainment system' which provides a system whereby smartphone technologies are integral whilst also acting as a Human Machine Interface (HIM). I think that this concept revolves around a strong target market. This should be for those that are young, think freely, live freely but with idilic targets.
